NEXT DAY SHIPPING DELIVERY INQUIRIES

WHICH AREAS ARE COVERED BY NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?

Next-Day Delivery is available within Metro Manila only.

WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT-OFF TIME FOR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM or earlier to qualify for next-working-day delivery. 

Note: This service is not available on holidays and weekends.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If you place your order on or before 12:00 PM, it will be delivered to your address the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the following business day and shall follow standard delivery times (3 – 4 business days within Metro Manila or 7 – 14 days for other areas depending on your delivery address).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful, your order will be tagged as a failed delivery and may be subject to cancellation or reattempted delivery (additional fees may apply).

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight. Enjoy FREE next day delivery for a minimum purchase of P3,995.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

WHEN DOES THE DELIVERY TIME START?

The Next-Day Delivery timeline begins once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Processing time may vary depending on order volume.

Please note our distribution center(s) are closed on public holidays in the Philippines.

For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, processing time will be extended by 1 – 2 working days

If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, our delivery team will leave you a message or give you a call and make a maximum of two delivery attempts to deliver your order. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
